 Features: This product is a compounded coating structure which the bottom is made of a singledouble coatings enamelled wire coating and outer layer is made of multiple self-adhesive-coated varnishes. It is suitable for sharping coils without impregnation. Because of different processing methods，It can be divided into two types: Hot fusion enamelled wire and solvent fusion enamelled wire. Hot fusion enamelled wire can be made by hot air heatingohmic heating; Solvent bonding of alcohol-self-adhesive layer, which dissolved in ethanol. When the ethanol volatile, self-adhesive layer can be sharped and form the coil.
Usages: This product is widely used in TV, display deflection coil, audio coil, buzzer, speaker, drive, magnetic drive coil, as well as special coil of electronicelectrical equipment.
